The birth of your child is a long-awaited, much-anticipated event that brings about new life - for you, your baby and your entire family. At Methodist Hospital, our goal is to ensure a birth environment that is both safe and comfortable for mom and baby.

From reserved parking for laboring mothers to private suites equipped with the amenities moms desire most, you'll see what sets our Family Birth Center apart. In addition, you'll get a glimpse of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for babies with special needs, as well as our childbirth education and lactation support for expectant and new moms.
Each family birth suite is set-up with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing you to experience labor, delivery and recovery in the comfort of one spacious, private room. Should the need arise, cesarean delivery suites are also available.
In addition, each suite has sleeping accommodations for your partner, as well as special equipment allowing your baby to stay with you after you give birth, provided there are no complications.
